My approach is integrative, combining client-centred humanistic, emotion-based, existential, and experiential approaches. The therapy approach will be individually tailored to your unique needs. I apply what works for you based on your situation, your history and your preferences. The tools are combined from evidence based approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and schema therapy (ST) with integrative approaches such as gestalt therapy, mind-body connection, existential therapy and focusing. I will be meeting you where you are, and from there I will be supporting your to your greater self-awareness.

I see therapy as a collaborative process where client and therapist meet each other with genuine openness and a shared desire to help you expand and thrive. I will meet you on the journey with warmth, presence and sensitivity, and challenge you when needed, but always from a space of unconditional positive regard and care.

We don't often get someone being completely honest to us about our behaviour. I believe therapy is profound because someone can mirror to us our blind spots, strenghten our self-knowledge and point out our limitations.  Often what happens in a therapy room, translates to what happens outside a therapy room. It's a place to safely explore patterns, thoughts and behaviours that make life more difficult. That can encompass working compassionately with conditioning, the personality, past traumas, beliefs and at the body level, working with tension, avoidance of emotions, and experiences. With self-awareness and taking responsibility, you choose to live a life with more ease, trust and strength.

I am passionate about supporting you, because it is deeply beautiful to see fellow humans regain an aware, loving and genuine connection to themselves to be the person they long to be and live a life they really want to live.

Allow yourself support on the journey.
