My therapy approach is deeply rooted in the connection between body and mind, emphasizing present-moment awareness, trauma-informed and embodied healing. I integrate evidence-based methods with experiential and humanistic techniques, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), gestalt therapy and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Together, we explore how emotions, thoughts, and past experiences manifest in your life, using this awareness as a pathway to healing and transformation.

Therapy is a shared journey—one that invites you into deeper presence with yourself. I offer a warm, present, and sensitive space where honesty, attunement and openness guide the process. With deep respect and unconditional positive regard, I support you in tuning into bodily sensations and breath, becoming aware of mind patterns and bringing deeper compassion to different parts of you. Thus, supporting you to cultivate greater ease, trust, and inner strength.

In our work, we explore patterns held in the mind and in the body— tension, avoidance, and conditioned responses that shape how you move through life. This includes addressing conditioning, past traumas, limiting beliefs. By bringing mindful attention to these experiences, we create opportunities for release, integration, and growth. Through this embodied approach, and by fostering self-awareness and responsibility, therapy becomes a space where you can reconnect with yourself, move beyond limitations, and step into a more grounded and fulfilling life.

I am passionate about supporting you, because it is deeply beautiful to see fellow humans regain an aware, loving and genuine connection to themselves to be the person they long to be and live a life they really want to live.
